We are in search of a Service/Parts Advisor! Someone who can support both our service and parts teams as needed.
A typical day may include supporting our customers with their vehicle service and maintenance, and then shifting gears to support the parts department with ordering, receiving and providing parts to our technicians and customers.
Job Duties:
- Perform a full service consult including a greeting, vehicle walk-around, review of owner information, vehicle maintenance minder, and vehicle history.
- Identify service needs and provide repair and maintenance recommendations, explaining the features and benefits of any recommended service or repair.
- Verify recalls, warranty and service contract coverage and communicate coverage and exclusions to customers.
- Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs and review details of service/repair with customer to gain their understanding and approval.
- Monitor progress of service and repairs and update customer regularly through to completion.
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Order parts for customers needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
- Receive parts orders with accuracy.
- Support parts inventory count, ordering, and receiving.
- Maintain accurate inventory and support regular bin checks.
- Support the dealership’s warranty claim process.
- Actively maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Parts Department.
- Be a champion for delivering excellent service 100% of the time.
- Other duties as required.
Skills:

- Proficient in the use of various operating systems, and ability to learn to work effectively within the dealership management system.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
