We are looking for multiple Electricians to join our team. Applicants must have a strong work ethic and should always bring a positive attitude.
Solaris Electric is a family owned company specializing in commercial construction, renovation, and maintenance electrical. We offer competitive wages, stable hours and friendly work environment with knowledgeable people to work who are willing to teach.
We have many projects on the go, and are looking for a foreman, Journeyperson, and multiple apprentices. Commercial experience is a must, applicants without commercial experience will not be considered. Familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code is a must as well.
Consideration will be given to applicants who:
- Have previous experience in commercial electrical.
- Have proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and drawings, and codes.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive, can-do attitude
- High attention to detail and commitment to completing quality work
- Ability to follow through with instructions and the courage to ask for guidance when needed
- Solid work ethic- responsible, trustworthy, and strives to do their best work every day
- Utilize basic troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems.
- Work with minimal supervision in various working conditions.
- Have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
- Can communicate with team members and fellow trades on site
- Can adapt to new ideas and changes within the industry
