Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing cleaning tasks. Must have license/vehicle and clean criminal record check. Hourly rate can increase after first few weeks depending how quickly candidate catches on.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and cleaning products as necessary for cleaning tasks.
- Conduct residential cleaning duties such as floor care, window washing, and waste disposal.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns promptly.
- Lift heavy objects safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues encountered.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and a cleaning products related to cleaning and maintenance.
- Experience in cleaning is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
