At this time, we are looking for candidates with previous sandblasting experience. While additional training opportunities are available within our company, applicants must already have experience operating blasting equipment and performing surface preparation work. This position is primarily focused on abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and industrial painting. The successful candidate must be reliable, safety-conscious, physically fit, and capable of working independently as well as part of a crew. This is a long-term opportunity with a growing company operating in multiple industrial service sectors. Responsibilities: Abrasive blasting and surface preparation Industrial painting and coating application Equipment setup, maintenance, and cleanup Shop and field work Following company safety procedures Maintaining quality workmanship and professionalism on job sites Requirements: Previous sandblasting experience is required Industrial painting experience is an asset Valid driver's license Ability to work overtime and travel when required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in demanding environments Assets: Industrial coatings experience Polyurea experience Spray foam experience Construction or oilfield experience Forklift, skid steer, or equipment operating experience First Aid, H2S Alive, CSTS, WHMIS Growth Opportunities We operate multiple service lines including: Sandblasting Industrial Painting Specialty Coatings Polyurea Applications Spray Foam Insulation
