Description
We seek team leads who can drive to various job sites, work alongside the team, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are willing to roll up their sleeves and tackle hands-on work! This role involves cleaning and maintaining waste-handling equipment at locations such as residential complexes and commercial grocery stores. You will ensure the cleanliness of garbage chutes, compactors, and bins, as well as the surrounding work areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform thorough scraping and high-pressure cleaning of compactors, garbage chutes, and bins (garbage, organic, and recycling) to remove dirt, debris, and buildup from both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to lockout and tag-out as well as all other procedures when handling electrical and hydraulic equipment, and utilize all provided personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment.
- Driving & Transportation: Safely drive to and from work sites, ensuring timely arrival and transportation of team members and equipment. Perform basic vehicle checks, such as monitoring oil levels and tire pressure, to maintain safe operation.
- Digital Work Orders: Manage and complete work orders efficiently using digital systems for timely task execution.

Requirements
- Must possess a valid G Licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong writing skills for documenting work orders.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of high-pressure washing systems.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
