We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exterior construction and installation, with the ability execute projects efficiently. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that they meet our company’s standards and customer expectations. We primarily do Eavestrough but lots of soffit/fascia and siding as well
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Need to be able to work in the elements (snow, rain) unless extreme weather then we take the day off
- longer days based on job
- Shorter days will be paid in full (8hours) if job is completed
- Must be able to work on weekends
Experience
- Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in installations.
- Experience with carpentry or building is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with installation work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
$20-25 no experience (Willing to train the right individual)
$25-29 with experience
$30-35 and up. years of experience and good work. Doesn‘t need supervision

Long term: trying to establish crew leads who can work alone with much more flexibility and wage increase

Hst qualified business pay available
Based in Charlottetown or meet on site
