Qualicare Hamilton
Qualicare Hamilton is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales & Community Outreach Coordinator to help grow our home care business through outboard sales and community outreach.
This is an outside sale role focused on proactively developing new referral relationships and generating new clients. inbound inquires and existing referral sources are not part of this role and are not eligible for commission. Schedule:
- Part-time
- Two days per week (approximately 6hrs/per day)
- Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and business growth.

Compensation:
Earn 2% commission on every new client you generate through your outbound sales and community outreach efforts.
- Commission is calculated as 2% of the clients monthly service revenue (before HST) and is paid for the first six (6) months the client remains active and receiving services. Commission applies only to new clients that are directly generated through your own outbound prospecting and relationship-building efforts. Existing clients, inbound inquires, and referrals from established Qualicare referral sources are not commissionable. Commission is paid once the client has started receiving services and Qualicare has received payment.
As your client portfolio grows and performance milestones are achieved, you’ll have opportunities for increased commission rates and additional hours.
Responsabilities:
- Conduct proactive outbound sales by visiting physician’s offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, retirement homes, senior’s organizations, community agencies, and other potential referral partners.
- Build new referral relationships and expand Qualicare Hamilton’s presence in the community.
- Generate qualified leads that convert into new clients.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of in-person sales calls and follow-up activities.
- Represent Qualicare Hamilton at networking and community events.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Care Coordinator and leadership team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales is required
- Experience with outside sales, territory sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or relationship-based sales is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare or home care experience is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self motivated, organized, and results-orientated.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required.
Performance Expectations:
this portion includes a 90-day probationary period. Success is measured by consistent outbound sales activity, relationship building, and generating new clients through your own outreach efforts. Continued employment is contingent upon meeting established performance expectations durning the probationary period.
