Shift & Pay
- Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Clamp experience is required.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Counterbalance Clamp Operator to join a busy warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, organizing, and handling inventory using clamp-equipped counterbalance forklifts while supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance forklifts with clamp attachments safely and efficiently
- Move, stack, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Complete order picking and order fulfillment tasks accurately using warehouse management systems
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled properly
- Perform routine equipment inspections to maintain safe operation standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and warehouse documentation
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities, measurements, and inventory accuracy
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience operating clamp counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution and order picking processes
- Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Experience using warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and order processing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
