Process Analyst - RCSA:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Process Analyst - RCSA for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Process Analyst - RCSA - Job Description:
The Process Analyst - RCSA will support the TDS Governance and Controls team by ensuring internal control testing is effectively conducted based on 2nd line function requirements. The role involves working on business-as-usual tasks and requires strong stakeholder interaction.
Process Analyst - RCSA - Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of Value Chain (VC), Assessable Unit (AU), and Unique Business Process (UBP) inventories
- Assess multiple processes concurrently, consolidate risks and controls, and identify gaps
- Assist with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) documentation and execution
- Execute testing of key controls within established deadlines using bank testing methodology
- Ensure exceptions are analyzed, reported, and tracked to resolution
- Support TDS Businesses in developing action plans for internal control gaps
- Assist with ad-hoc risk and control initiatives
Process Analyst - RCSA - Mandatory Skills:
- Risk and Control Self-Assessment experience
- Advanced knowledge of governance, risk, and control procedures
- Prior audit and quality control testing experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Process Analyst - RCSA – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Wholesale operations experience
- Aris experience (tool for process maps)
- Understanding of TDS business operations
- Familiarity with Bank testing methodology
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends
Process Analyst - RCSA – Assignment Length:
This is a 7-month contract position.
