The ideal Candidate: As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with guests on their printing and imaging projects. Each guest has a unique story; bringing them to life is a very rewarding experience. In addition to creative consultations, you will be responsible for producing these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist customers in selecting cameras, lenses, accessories, and other photography equipment.
· Provide knowledgeable recommendations and educate customers about products.
· Developing good relationships with customers
· Operate the point-of-sale system to process purchases and returns.
· Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure displays are stocked and appealing.
· Stay updated on the latest photography trends and gear.
· Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions.
· Answering questions from employees, and giving feedback and suggestions to improve productivity
