As a Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, building strong teams, and delivering the exceptional customer experience that Craftsman Collision is known for.

Lead daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Provide coaching, direction, and support to a diverse team of technicians, estimators, and coordinators.
Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer care.
Manage shop financials, KPIs, payroll, and vendor relationships.
Promote Craftsman Collision in the community and support business development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures.
5+ years of progressive experience in automotive, collision repair, or related industries (leadership and customer service experience required).
Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
Strong understanding of shop operations, budgeting, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, ALLDATA) and familiarity with ADAS/vehicle calibration systems considered an asset.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
