Integrity Autobody is locally owned, operated, and known for our quality and customer service.
We are seeking a skilled autobody technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a 2nd, 3rd year, jouneyman, or a combo tech (paint and body), will have a background in automotive repair and a passion for delivering high quality work. As an auto body technician you will be responsible for repairing vehicles to their pre incident condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
Duties
- Perform body repairs on damaged vehicles
- Utilize hand and power tools
- Repair and replace damaged parts including panels, bumpers and frames
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the shop.
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Stay updated on the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies
Requirements
- Honesty and Integrity
- Ability to work flat rate while maintaining quality.
- Experience as an autobody tech, Journeyman ticket preferred but not required
- Physical ability to lift parts and perform tasks
- Problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with other employees and production management
