Outbound TELUS/Koodo Sales Representative – Commission-Based
Location: Remote – British Columbia or Alberta

About the Role
An authorized TELUS/Koodo dealer, is looking for driven and experienced sales professionals to join our outbound sales team.
This is a fully commission-based position with no fixed salary. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, with competitive commission rates and no commission cap.
Responsibilities
- Sell TELUS and Koodo products and services to residential and business customers
- Generate leads through outbound calling, referrals, networking and prospecting
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Recommend suitable mobility, internet, security and other telecom solutions
- Meet established sales and quality targets
- Accurately submit customer orders and follow all TELUS, privacy and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Previous telecom or outbound sales experience is strongly preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Strong communication, prospecting and closing skills
- Able to work independently and consistently follow up with customers
- Reliable computer, internet connection and professional remote workspace
- Legally authorized to work in Canada; sponsorship is not available
- Additional languages are considered an asset
