We’re looking for a seasoned commercial cleaner with a minimum of 20 years’ experience to take on a weekly cleaning role at a professional office facility. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced who values working independently. NO SUBCONTRACTING.
Position Overview:

Start Date: Saturday, June 6th at 10:00 AM.

Frequency: One time per week: Every Saturday or Sunday, anytime between 6 AM and 8 PM.

Duration: 2 hours per visit with one cleaner.

Pay: $215 / month (flat rate).
Facility information:

Located near Watline Ave and McAdam Rd, Mississauga, this is a clean, well-maintained office environment (approx. 4,000 sq. ft.).
Cleaning duties:
You’ll be responsible for the full upkeep of:

Entry area and front glass doors and reception.

Reception and waiting area.
-
0ffice rooms and boardroom.
-
Corridors and hallways.
-
Washrooms.
-
Kitchen.
2 small stairways, Connecting hallways.

Core tasks:

Surface disinfection.
-
Dusting and wiping.
-
Mopping and vacuuming.
Emptying garbage bins.

What we’re looking for:
-
A minimum of 20 years’ hands-on experience in commercial cleaning.

Access to reliable transportation (own vehicle required).

Live in or near Watline Ave and McAdam Rd, Mississauga (ideally no more than 20 minutes away).

Able to provide two solid references and basic work history.

Police background check may be requested.

Strong track record of punctuality, consistency, and working solo.
