Escape Manor is putting the fun back into hospitality and needs a fantastic, dedicated and hardworking supervisor with experience in the service industry to elevate our offerings.
JOB SUMMARY: The FOH Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects service, including the overall in-house guest experience when staying for food/ beverage, reservations, responsible alcohol service (as applicable), inventory management, systems management, maintenance and upkeep of facilities, promoting customer reviews and sales initiatives, and managing day-to-day employment matters alongside the General Manager and Regional Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MANAGEMENT TASKS:
The Business:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar service operation alongside the General Manager
- Understand food/ beverage budgets, forecasts and other operational targets
- Lead by example and be a hospitality resource to all members of the team
People:
- Create development plans for front-line servers
- Work with the GM on new menu ideas, staff incentives and monthly targets
- Develop a culture of service excellence and “cheerleading” to drive staff engagement
Facilities and Systems
- Keep the service floor in good shape
- Monitor and manage lounge, and service floor with darts reimagined
- Check storage and food service areas for cleanliness
- Ensure venue is fully stocked with all necessary supplies and backups
Food and Beverage Service
- Create and manage menus and F&B offerings
- Work with vendor representatives to develop strong account relationships
- Run table checks and engage guests in lounge and axe throwing areas
- Implement responsible alcohol service protocol and culture
- Monitor bar and floor cleanliness and flow
