- Produce short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks.
- Visit downtown businesses regularly to capture photos, videos, stories, and promotional content.
- Build positive relationships with business owners and staff through consistent, professional, and friendly communication.
- Identify business stories, member needs, advertising opportunities, and promotional ideas through regular community engagement.
- Sell available digital and static billboard advertising opportunities to DDBIA members and eligible advertisers.
- Manage billboard advertising inquiries, lead follow-up, bookings, approvals, deadlines, and tracking.

- A strong communicator, both in writing and in person.
- Comfortable with relationship-based sales and explaining advertising opportunities clearly.
- Interested in using reporting and analytics to improve content and campaign performance.
- Able to work independently while keeping the Executive Director informed.
- Creative, practical, and able to produce clean, professional content in a timely way.
