Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking direction from Team Lead. Helping with applying polyurea on commercial roofs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties
- Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and others on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
Experience
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with materials, tools, and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
