Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients in regaining independence and improving their quality of life after experiencing a workplace injury and/or motor vehicle accident. This is a great position for a new grad who is looking to seek some mentorship form a leading OT in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient mobility, coordination, and daily functioning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety measures.
- Manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations.
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team and communicate clearly with clients and staff.
- New grads are welcome.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
