Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding of treatments
- Assist the dentist during various procedures, including restorations, extractions, and orthodontic treatments
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) using CAD technology when necessary
- Manage patient records efficiently using dental software
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols
- Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on oral health care practices
- Assist with pediatric patients and adapt communication techniques accordingly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment at all times
Skills
- Proficiency with dental software
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Strong understanding of dental assisting techniques, infection control, and sterilization procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
