Crown Vapour – Drumheller is looking for a reliable part-time team member to join our store.
This role involves working independently and requires someone responsible, organized, and comfortable managing a retail environment on their own.
Schedule:
- Alternating weekends
- Friday & Saturday: 11-hour shifts
- Sunday: 7-hour shift (modified hours)
Duties include:
- Retail sales of vape products
- Opening and closing the store independently
- Cleaning and maintaining store standards
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection
- Educate customers on vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
- Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and monitor inventory
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a store alone
- Reliable and punctual
- Interest or knowledge in vaping products is an asset
- Must be comfortable working long shifts
