Matrex Window System Inc. is currently looking to add a full-time Panel Breakdown Coordinator to our growing team. POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Breakdown Supervisor, the Breakdown Coordinator is responsible for the output of production of panels, railings or window section layouts.
RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):
· Utilizing software such as Inventor, AutoCAD and iLogic to build cut lists, project optimization and breakdowns
· Nesting programs to create optimization lists and breakdowns
· Coordinate with panel department and breakdown team for production and site changes
· Release final lists to production to manufacture profiles without error and on time
QUALIFICATIONS
· 2+ Years using Inventor, knowledge of Sheetmetal a strong asset
· Understanding of blueprints and use of PDF viewers for marking up drawings
· Excellent communication skills with colleagues
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications and PDF files
· Strong understanding and ability to use mathematics
