Property Management Showings & Mobile Assistant (PMMA)
Job Description
Duties required as a PMMA.
The goal of the mobile assistant position is split. Mornings will be out on the road performing required tasks outside of the office. The other part is assisting our showings department in booking and communications, this will be in office. Days vary depending on the needs of the Property Managers (PM’s) and Property Manager Assistants (PMA’s). Being flexible andorganized are two key needs for this position.
You need to be available on short notice to complete tasks that come up during the day/week depending on the needs of the PM’s and PMA’s. You will also assist our showings team with booking and tracking showings, an assisting on showings on site where needed.
You will be using apps and desktop programs to complete tasks, so basic computer and
smartphone knowledge is a must.
Car provided – Valid driver’s license is a must
Tasks may include the following:
Be available for all PM’s needs outside of the office (various tasks)
Key cutting
Delivery of keys
Tracking Keys, Lockboxes and Door codes in AssetTiger software program
Delivery Property managers paperwork, keys, etc. as our PM’s work from home offices
Posting business licenses
Posting notices – Notice of Entries, 10 Days Notices, etc. using zInspector software
Filling out RTB Proof of Service after posting Notices
Meeting contractors, real estate agents as a point of entry
Assisting our Fire inspection contractors as point of entry into tenanted and vacant units
Collect Laundry Coin as required
Assist showing department in communications with leads via email, Facebook and other
rental websites
Being available to help out others where the helps is needed most
