Competitive compensation equivalent to $40–80/hour

Responsibilities
Provide professional therapeutic massage treatments
Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate treatment records
Educate clients on treatment plans and home care
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain a clean and professional treatment room
Collaborate with other healthcare and aesthetics professionals within the clinic
Qualifications
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Alberta
Professional Liability Insurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and motivated
Existing client base is considered a strong asset, but not required
Compensation
We recognize that every therapist is different.
Compensation will be tailored based on your experience, existing client base, and overall fit with the clinic.
Compensation options may include:
Competitive hourly compensation
Percentage-based compensation
A customized combination of both
