The Enrolment and Marketing Specialist plays a key role in advancing Adler University's mission by attracting and engaging prospective students into graduate programs in counselling psychology, clinical psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, public leadership, and related disciplines. The position supports the University's commitment to social responsibility, community partnership, and systems-level change through cross-function collaboration, developing strategic recruitment/enrolment initiatives, delivering exceptional prospective student experiences, and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
Work Environment (Physical Demands): The usual and customary methods of performing the job functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 70% sitting, 15% walking, and 15% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
Salary Range: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 CAD
