Manly Movers is growing fast, and we're looking for an Office Manager who wants to grow with us. We're not a "chuck in the truck" operation — we're building a premium moving company with 5-star standards on every single move, and we're scaling toward becoming one of the biggest independent movers in Alberta. This is a very involved role, and most of it can be done over the phone and computer — so it's open to great candidates whether or not they're based in Red Deer. Being local is an asset, since there may be times it's useful to be in the office, but it's not a requirement. You'll assist with scheduling and the more admin-heavy side of our operations. You'll also help with sales overflow, occasionally stepping in as a sales manager. And a big part of this role is customer service — making sure claims are handled properly and resolved the right way, every time.

Responsibilities
- Overall office/admin management – everything to do with our office and admin work
- Claims management – customer complaints and damages; you'll follow our process to make sure every claim is resolved the right way
- Invoicing checks – double-checking closed-out jobs to make sure customers are paid up and billing is correct
- Travel logistics – hotels for long-distance moves (when needed)
- Assisting the sales team – handling lead overflow when necessary
- Data tracking and input – we monitor KPIs closely, and you'll help keep that data sharp and accurate
- Inbox management – answering emails from the main company inbox
- CRM follow-ups – staying on top of customer service issues and assisting the sales team with collecting payments
- Payroll and bookkeeping – eventually taking this over as you grow into the role
