Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks across our project sites, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a productive work environment.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and handling basic tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote safety
- Operate basic tools and machinery as trained and authorized
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Assist with site cleanup, waste removal, and material transportation
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and moving supplies as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles is a plus
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours are desirable
