*Job Summary*
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have great work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast paced environment. We require at least 3 years of experience in your desired field with a focus on customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
*Responsibilities*
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and main area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
*Experience*
- A minimum of 3 years in a pub environment
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food safety practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
