Bartender/Mixologist – Opening TeamAangan Indian Courtyard
Aangan Indian Courtyard is looking for experienced bartenders to join our opening team.
This is not a standard bar program. Our cocktail menu is built around classic technique, premium spirits, Indian influences, and elevated hospitality. We are looking for bartenders who understand service, storytelling, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, cocktail bar, or upscale hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and consistently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with POS systems (Clover preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and guest engagement skills
- Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude
- Smart Serve certification required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming bar atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory behind the bar
- Assist guests with cocktail and beverage recommendations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards
- Support overall restaurant operations as part of the opening team

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
