What You'll Be Doing
- Installing, repairing, and replacing residential and commercial roofing systems
- Working with shingles, metal, flat roofing, and everything in between
- Tearing off old roofs and prepping decks for new installs
- In the off-season: snow and ice removal from roofs, driveways, and commercial properties (keep the hours rolling through winter)
- Following safety protocols (we're serious about everyone going home in one piece)
- Working alongside a crew that has your back
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn (experience is a bonus, not a must — we'll train the right person)
- Comfort working at heights and in all kinds of weather
- A reliable ride to job sites and a valid driver's license
- A team player attitude — egos get left in the truck
- Pride in doing things right the first time
