Grey Method is a multidisciplinary and innovative practice seeking an outgoing, driven, passionate Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Care Coordinator to join our team located in Downtown Oakville. We strive to provide the highest level of customer experience. As the face of the clinic, it is imperative to ensure our patients truly feel welcome and apart of the community we are establishing within Grey Method.
Responsibilities
- Book appointments for patients for both Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care;
- Complete direct billing to insurance and closing out transactions upon the conclusion of treatment
- Answer any patient calls and e-mails throughout the duration of the shift;
- Meet and exceed patient expectations by anticipating the services they might require;
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic throughout the duration of the shift with periodic checks;
- Work with the Co-Owners on various projects (i.e., social media campaigns, giveaways, events)
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ front desk experience (within the medical field is an asset);
- 1+ years’ customer service experience required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
