Job Summary
Media Multi-Com Communications Inc. is seeking a motivated and consultative sales professional to drive further growth of our nurse call, integration software, mobility and security solutions to healthcare organizations across Southern Ontario. This role focuses on partnering with hospitals, long-term care homes, retirement communities and other healthcare facilities to deliver systems that enhance patient and staff safety, improve staff responsiveness, and streamline clinical communication.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, guiding them through system selection, modernization, and implementation while managing a full-cycle sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting healthcare organizations across Southern Ontario
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, long-term care homes and retirement communities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers including nursing leadership, administrators, facilities management, purchasing organizations, consulting engineers and IT teams
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand challenges and recommend tailored solutions to improve outcomes
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs and prepare detailed, customized proposals
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems
- Represent the company at regional healthcare events, trade shows, and industry associations
Qualifications
- Sales experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, security solutions, BAS or nurse call systems would be a strong asset, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proven ability to manage complex, relationship-driven sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear operational value
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Southern Ontario as required
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience selling nurse call, patient engagement, or clinical communication systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments, particularly of acute or long-term care settings would be considered an asset
- Familiarity with Canadian healthcare standards and procurement processes
- Technical aptitude (basic understanding of low-voltage systems, networking, or integrations)
- Experience working with architects, consulting engineers, contractors, or facilities teams on new builds or retrofits
Working Conditions
- Field-based role with frequent travel throughout Southern Ontario
- Combination of on-site client meetings, home office work, and occasional visits to company office
- Flexibility to attend early or after-hours meetings based on client schedules
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary to be Negotiated and Determined based on overall Qualifications, Experience and/or Aptitude.

Pay: $65,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
