Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Cosmetologist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ appearance and confidence through a variety of beauty services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase skills in Advance Facials, Laser-IPL, nail care, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and more. The Cosmetologist will provide exceptional guest services in a welcoming environment, ensuring clients leave feeling satisfied and refreshed. A strong focus on sanitation, customer service, and effective communication is crucial for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including Advanced Facial,Laser-IPL, nail care, body waxing, and eyelash extensions
- Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools, adhering to health regulations
- Assist with retail sales by recommending and upselling Self-care, Skin-care products to clients during their visit
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on the benefits of various beauty treatments and products
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling inquiries efficiently
- Provide professional advice on beauty routines and skincare to enhance client satisfaction
- Uphold a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent hospitality and guest service skills
Qualifications
- Valid Cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations
- Proven experience in Esthetician,Laser-IPL, nail care, or related beauty services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other specialized treatments is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience with retail sales, product demos, and front desk operations is a plus
- A passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends and techniques
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
