Skills & Responsibilities
- Read, interpret and understand Tool prints & Drawings
- Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations
- Calculate and verify dimensions and tolerances of machined tools and parts using knowledge of mathematics and precision instruments such as digital calipers and micrometers
- Plan and organize machining work in accordance with workflow
- Manually set up Mills, Lathes with various work holding devices
- Perform Daily maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Manual Machine Experience
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
- Knowledge of CNC Machining an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in forklift & overhead crane use
- Basic computer skills
Equipment and Machinery Experience
Boring Mill, Drill presses, Manual lathes, Vertical Lathe, Honing machines, Milling machines, Surface grinders etc.

- 8-hour Day shift Monday to Friday
- 10-hour Afternoon shift Monday to Thursday

Competitive Wages from $25.00 – $38.00 depending on experience
