Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lumper/Sumper to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accurately , and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires physical strength, smooth distribution processes. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Duties
- Support warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of goods to facilitate efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate
- Assist in construction or maintenance tasks as needed within the warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related fields preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, or load/unload machinery
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift
- Warehouse experience with a focus on efficiency and accuracy in fast-paced environmentsThis position is essential for maintaining effective warehouse operations and ensuring timely distribution of goods.
