We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant fluent in both English and Mandarin to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and experience with data entry and customer service. This role involves managing front desk duties, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth daily operations within a professional environment. Prior experience in medical or dental offices is a plus. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while developing your administrative expertise.

Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone systems, route calls, and provide excellent customer support
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support office staff with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or email with proper phone etiquette
- Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including patient check-in/out processes
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in medical or dental offices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is desirable
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle filing systems and manage front desk responsibilities effectively
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic troubleshooting
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with proofreading capabilities
- Prior experience in professional settings is a plus but not required
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
