We are a small, supportive team looking for an enthusiastic and personable Optical Assistant to join our clinic. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, has an eye for style, and values creating exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Helping clients choose frames and lenses that suit their lifestyle and personality
- Processing sales, payments, and invoices
- Performing frame adjustments and minor repairs
- Ordering lenses, frames, and contact lenses
- Managing inventory and organizing displays
- Booking appointments and assisting with day-to-day clinic flow
- Supporting a positive, team-oriented environment
