Hours: 45 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekends optional)
Wage: $25–$40 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Landscape Construction Foremen with 3+ years of landscape construction experience who can run job sites independently. The Foreman will oversee crews and be responsible for installing outdoor kitchens, armour stone retaining walls, precast retaining walls, paver walkways, patios, driveways, lighting, sodding, planting, and drainage systems.
Key Responsibilities
· - Lead and manage the execution of landscape construction projects
· - Plan labour, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines
· - Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day crew activities
· - Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on job sites and in yard/shop
· - Install outdoor kitchens, armour stone retaining walls, precast retaining walls
· - Install paver walkways, patios, driveways
· - Install landscape lighting, sodding, planting, and drainage systems
· - Operate tools, machinery, and construction equipment
· - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and landscape designs
· - Complete daily paperwork accurately
· - Communicate professionally with clients
Qualifications & Requirements
· - Minimum 3 years of landscape construction experience
· - Ability to run a job site independently
· - Skilled in hardscape and softscape installations
· - Machine operation experience
· - Valid and clean G driver’s license required
· - Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
