What You’ll Get
- $22–$30/hr (based on experience — higher for the right person)
- Full-time, steady work
- Work mostly in Queens County / within 1 hour of Charlottetown
- Small crews (2–3 guys) — no overcrowded job sites
- Organized jobs with clear systems
- Opportunity to move into a crew lead role
