Position Overview
North River Cabinetry Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dependable Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of residential and commercial cabinetry projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of cabinetry installers, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades such as plumbing or electrical teams to ensure seamless integration
- Install cabinetry, vanities, and millwork at job sites
- Interpret and execute work based on shop drawings and specifications
- Ensure all installations are level, plumb, and aligned to company standards
- Perform scribing, fitting, and finishing of fillers, panels, and trim
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to uphold craftsmanship standards
- Maintain safety standards by enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices
- Handle and transport materials with care to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in cabinetry installation with leadership responsibilities
- Experience managing others
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently on-site
- Proficiency with standard installation tools and techniques
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or confined spaces when required
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $26–$32, commensurate with experience and skill level

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
