Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, and finishing work using hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks such as caulking, sealing, and general handyman duties
- Assist in construction projects, including heavy lifting and material handling
- Use hand tools safely and effectively to complete various construction-related tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience with construction, carpentry, or handyman work preferred
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and general repair work is a plus
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours as needed
