Job Description
Glass Act Window Cleaning is seeking an experienced and reliable Window Cleaner to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality residential and commercial window cleaning services while maintaining Glass Act’s professional standards. Applicants should have previous window cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely on ladders and at heights. The role requires excellent time management, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates must communicate professionally with customers and represent the company in a positive manner. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are preferred.
Duties
- Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using hand tools, squeegees, and cleaning solutions
- Operate power tools and equipment safely for high or hard-to-reach windows
- Use heavy lifting techniques to move ladders, scaffolding, or equipment as needed
- Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks related to window upkeep and surrounding areas
- Ensure all cleaning is completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs or concerns
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning appointments within designated timeframes
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment
- Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Strong customer service skills for positive client interactions
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure streak-free, spotless windows
- Ability to work at heights safely using ladders or scaffolding as required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
