Toronto Buffing Inc. is a specialty automotive detailing shop focused on high-end paint correction and polishing. As industry leaders in the GTA, we are known for our precision, professionalism, and consistent results. We are currently looking to add one skilled, reliable technician to our growing team.
Position Overview:
We are hiring an Experienced Paint Correction Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the field. The successful candidate will handle everything from paint correction to ceramic coating installation and shop maintenance. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional paint correction (cutting, polishing, sanding, etc.)
- Apply ceramic coatings with precision and care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Assess vehicle paint condition and select appropriate correction methods
- Work independently and as part of a small, focused team
- Deliver top-tier detailing results that exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in paint correction
- Proficiency in polishing, sanding, and ceramic coating application
- Must have a valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
- Mature, reliable, and self-motivated
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must provide references
- In-person skill test required before hiring
- Willing to take on general shop upkeep responsibilities
Hours & Pay:
- 30–50 hours/week
- $17.50–$28/hour based on experience and skill level
