Impact Cases Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and very experienced CNC Punch Press, Brake Press Operator. This is a full time position that we wish to fill immediately. Must have min 8-10 years of experience in operating the equipment including maintaining and troubleshooting. Metal Fabricating experience is essential for this position along with understanding drawings and assembly processes. Majority of materials utilized in our product design is aluminum. Sand cold rolled steel. Hourly wage will be 100% based on experience.....you will be tested and evaluated by our team of experienced operators on equipment and process knowledge.

· Trumpf CNC Punch Press Trumatic 2020R
· Trumpf CNC Punch Press Trumatic 2010R
· Trumpf TrumaBend V85S CNC 100 Ton Brake Press
· Mid-West Wide Belt Sander / with Dust Extraction
· PEM Inserter Press
Job Duties:
· Operating main CNC Punch Press equipment
· Set up New programs/jobs - Trouble shoot where & when required
· Operate & Set-up & Calibrate CNC Brake Press
· Collaborate with Product Design Engineers on Process details
· Maintenance program as required
· Daily time sheet management
· Multi-task between Punching & Bending & Some Assembly
· Sanding sheet metal material when required
· Assembly work of components and finished goods (when required)
