Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the finance process from turnover to funding in a professional, compliant, and efficient manner.
- Present finance and insurance products clearly, confidently, and ethically to every customer.
- Work closely with the sales team to structure deals that maximize approvals, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with lenders and maintain knowledge of current programs, rates, and approval strategies.
- Ensure all contracts, disclosures, lender stipulations, and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean funding process with minimal errors, fast turnaround times, and strong attention to detail.
- Help create a seamless handoff from sales to finance to delivery.
- Support desk managers and sales staff in understanding deal structure, lender fit, and product opportunities.
- Protect the dealership by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and lender requirements.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward solutions that protect both the customer experience and dealership reputation.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture by bringing energy, urgency, consistency, and accountability every day.
- Support store-wide goals related to profitability, customer retention, CSI, and online reputation.

- Compliance and documentation accuracy
- Teamwork, professionalism, and consistency in process execution
Qualifications
- Previous automotive finance experience required, preferably in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of lender programs, credit profiles, deal structuring, and automotive compliance.
- Proven ability to deliver strong product performance while maintaining customer trust.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance expectations.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-first mindset.
- Experience with dealership systems such as PBS, Dealertrack, , or similar platforms is an asset.
- VSA experience or knowledge of BC dealership compliance standards is an asset.
