We are looking for a front tech / exam tech who is warm, grounded, highly organized — and motivated to grow and expand their skills.
This is not just a front desk role. This is a patient-experience and clinical support role for someone who wants to learn, develop, and be part of where this clinic is going next.
The Role
You will work closely with the doctor and clinical team to support patients throughout their visit and assist with clinical flow.
You are the person who:
- Sets the tone for the visit
- Helps patients feel calm, cared for, and confident
- Supports a smooth, intentional clinic experience from start to finish
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment and wants work that supports their personal and professional development.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in patients with presence and positive energy
- Assist with exam flow and clinical support (training provided)
- Ensure each patient visit runs smoothly and efficiently
- Book and manage appointments in person and over the phone
- Communicate with patients and physician offices via phone, email, and fax
- Process payments and submit insurance claims, including follow-ups
- Support the clinical team in delivering an exceptional overall patient experience
Who You Are
- You bring great energy into a room and people feel at ease around you
- You are organized, reliable, and take pride in doing things well
- You communicate clearly and confidently, and have a strong working knowledge of social media
Experience in healthcare or a clinic setting is an asset, but not required. Curiosity, initiative, and follow-through matter more.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
