We are currently hiring experienced Pallet Repairers to join our growing team in Woodbridge. If you have hands-on experience repairing wooden pallets, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for stable, full-time employment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, sort, and identify damaged wooden pallets
- Repair pallets using pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand tools
- Replace damaged or broken boards to restore pallet strength and safety
- Stack, organize, and prepare repaired pallets for shipment
- Meet daily production and quality targets
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of pallet repair experience (required)
- Experience using pneumatic nail guns, saws, and hand tools
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs (23 kg) or more
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and outdoor yard environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
