Responsibilities
This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for including, but not limited to the following responsibilities.
- Rental invoicing
- Preparing and distributing monthly customer statements
- Tracking and administration of equipment fleet
- Generating Sales Reports as required by management
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and archiving
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- At least 3 years of AR or similar experience in a mid to large size business in heavy equipment or construction industry
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to effectively use various software programs and perform tasks independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and all levels of management
- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision
- Office Environment; must be able to sit for extended periods
- Ability to learn and take initiative and progress with dynamic changing nature of the business.
- Understand internal and external customers needs and proactively address the situations and provide solutions
- A good understanding or Equipment/Transport business.
Compensation
Compensation will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
