We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Specialist to join our Risk, Security & Compliance team and play an important role in our continued growth. The Enterprise Risk Specialist plays an important role in supporting GBC's second-line Non-Financial Risks program. Reporting to the Director, Non-Financial Risks, this position leads the execution of regulatory programs across Third-Party Risk Management, Operational Risk and Resilience, Climate Risk, Model Risk, and Technology Risk. The Enterprise Risk Specialist conducts risk assessments, maintains program documentation, and prepares governance materials that enable GBC to meet its OSFI regulatory obligations.
This is a hands-on execution role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing technical risk expertise across multiple regulatory domains. This individual will build working knowledge of OSFI guidelines and GBC's risk frameworks through direct program involvement.

Position Responsibilities
Third-Party Risk Management
Execute ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships, including periodic reviews, issue tracking, and escalation, as required.
Operational Risk and Resilience
Execute GBC's Operational Risk Management Framework, including risk and control self-assessments, loss event tracking, and operational risk reporting.
Lead the preparation of OSFI B-15 climate risk returns, including data collection, methodology application, and supporting documentation.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (“GRC”)
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience in a financial institution in banking, business, operations, or risk management. Any equivalent combination of experience will be considered.
