Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Help and manage each of the controllers in the group.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, maintaining smooth cash flow management.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation across all departments.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing insightful variance analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Conduct account reconciliations regularly to verify ledger accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly.
- Perform detailed account analysis to support audit readiness and internal controls improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in financial management and ensure regulatory compliance.
Skills
- Extensive experience with accounting software including PBS
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements within the automotive sector.
- Proven ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting processes efficiently.
- Excellent skills in account reconciliation and account analysis for accurate financial data management.
- Familiarity with industry-specific financial challenges and solutions in the automotive field.

- Effective communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $125,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
