Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces and components, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.
This role requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand tools and power tools, and familiarity with manufacturing processes. The Painter will contribute to the production of durable, visually appealing products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping and masking as needed
- Apply paint, coatings, or finishes using brushes, rollers, or other methods
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety standards are met
- Perform quality checks on finished surfaces to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications

Qualifications
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools,and basic math skills necessary for precise work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Prior experience in siding is advantage
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and maintain a safe work environment
